We also sell intangible downloadable ‘digital’ products and tangible. You have a right to change your mind. However, you will waive this right once you buy and download started. You cannot return products for issues not caused by us. Examples include your ISP provider, mobile network operator, or cable provider. Or due to problems with your device. Not having the appropriate system or incompatibilities which are unforeseen at our end. You acknowledge this notice and agree once the download has begun. After 14 days, you will no longer be eligible for a refund for tangible products only. You will not be given a refund. We encourage our customers to try the product as soon as possible. Please use it in the first seven days after you buy. This ensures it fits your needs.
